I know I’m pretty late to the party but damn, sorry you’ve encountered so many ahem, manga/anime Stans of sorts…I love manga but wouldn’t do what I constantly see in the comments and what you’ve described. If I have something to say, I just say it out loud to “you all” on the screen (nifty thing, you can’t hear me haha). Besides those who spoil wouldn't read the captions anyways. Best solutions are to ignore comments or to find someone to filter comments for you who either knows the show or doesn't care about being spoiled.
