I think that Soo-ah was realizing that Saeroyi has changed because of Yi-Seo and vice versa, from what Geun-Soo said earlier. Saeoryi just quoted “I bet my life on it” from Yi-Seo, and was more bold like Yi-Seo. She’s seeing more and more evidence that Saeroyi is beginning to reciprocate Yi-Seo’s feelings, but apparently doesn’t know it. That’s why she calls him a fool.

Saeroyi has no idea about Yi-Seo’s feelings, but sabotaging IC by telling him and dating him to remove Yi-Seo would fail based on Saeoryi’s actions when Yi-Seo tried to get rid of Geun-soo. Saeroyi was livid, said “this is our business,” almost fired Yi-Seo. This would essentially be the same thing, except Soo-ah is on the enemy’s side, so it might backfire and make Saeroyi Yi-Seo closer. Also, Yi-Seo would definitely pull the “I’ll leave IC” card, which she later does, and Soo-ah thinks that Saeroyi would pick Yi-Seo/IC, while choosing to date her later (which he has already done, twice). That’s why she said tha there being more reasons why they can’t date.

2023-04-02 17:09:15 +0000 UTCHonestly Yi-Seo is probably my top 1 favorite female character in kdrama ever. She's dangerous as hell. This is how they should portray strong women. No need to hate on men, no need to depend on other women. She single handedly destroys her enemies not because she's a woman, but because she's herself.

2023-04-01 23:29:12 +0000 UTCI've seen it in a couple of Kdramas where two minor characters (not to say Ms Kang is a minor character, I don't want Director to come after me 😄) get introduced to each other via one of their adorable kids, usually a little girl, and a unlikely romance blossoms and sometimes I find myself more interested in the side romance than the main romance.
