I was wondering how exactly they were going to wrap things up here after last episode, since I wasn't sure where they'd go from there, but it makes sense. And seeing how the ED this whole time was depicting the end of the season down to the order of their deaths was cool to see. And now we have Fushi in the modern era. There's so many possibilities for what can happen. FYI, Fushi's purple eyes are the the same as the unnamed EP1 boy from the very beginning of the series. Fushi's eyes sometimes changes to the boy's throughout the two seasons and I still don't know exactly why it happens or what it means. Maybe when he's experiencing some major change for the first time? Dunno. Director's theory about Fushi seems plausible. We still don't know anything about him or how he got into this position in the first place. I just assumed there's been multiple in this role and now he's raising Fushi to take his place sometime in the future as well. Really looking forward to S3 either way. Thanks for the reactions.

2023-03-13 02:25:07 +0000 UTCOk Lee y’all still ain’t getting it when it was explained last episode so here’s the run down Fushi can only revive people who refused to pass on to heaven, that’s why he could revive the girl who’d just died but not the king who’d been dead a few days in the first half of the season The only people he revived where the people who’s souls, or Fye, didn’t go on, i.e. the ghosts following him: Tonari, Gugu, March, Oniguma etc But the people like Parona, Booze man and rean who passed on are completely beyond him, that’s the answer to the question y’all have had since ep 6
