The key point with Yi-seo is always ASPD "Sociopathy". She can experience emotion - but she cannot experience empathy. That's why she cries for Saeroyi's difficult path as he is the object of her fixation and thus his pain is meaningful, whereas Toni's pain which she can't empathize with as the others do, has no meaning. She can become a "better person" to suit the man she is obsessed with, but she can never really feel the way that he does.

Both of these women are red flags but I'm team yiseo and I cannot defend her at all in this episode 😅 she apologized only to get on saeroyi's good side. She's still young and a diagnosed sociopath so it truly was expected but it's still cringy to watch. You're right both of these women you can't root 100% for, that's why when this show came out so many people hated both of them 😂 so I really love y'all take on these ladies and seeing them from both sides. Most reactors do not do the same thing truuuusttttt lol.

this episode is very tough to watch, it just keeps going. They really wanted us to hate yiseo right here. Her actions are even more jarring because of how much they contrast last episode. She's a sociopath though so, if you think about it, her behaviour was to be expected. She doesn't care for most people, she cares about what she wants only. Personally I don't hate her for it. But I obv see why people would. The way she basically tried to manipulate geunsoo was especially bad.

Are we supposed to think yiseo is a traitor based on that ending? This episode had the only ending so far that didn’t make me want to start up Netflix and watch ahead. That girl looked her crying mama in the face and bounced on her like she was a stranger, but once saeroyi yanked that name tag off her it looked like she was about to breakdown. There is no way yiseo will stab saeroyi in the back idc how they tried to make it look for a good cliffhanger

Remember that Yiseo is driven by "winning/success" as she was introduced at the beginning. (pushing another kid to win the race). So for Yiseo, her goal is to make DanBam successful and beat Jangga Co. Regardless if she has to push someone aside, her focus is to win and beat Jangga Co. She is also a sociopath, which lacks emotional attachment to people or things that do not benefit her one way or another. She also stated that she is still trying to figure out "life" as she stated when she flipped the coin over the bridge on making her decision. For her, it's like black and white. It's hard for her to understand gray areas. It's just the way she grew up, having a mom praising you even when you make a mistake is a little twisted.

I will stay talking about how childish Yi-Seo is. Soo-ah and Guen-Soo literally have nothing to do with how Papa Jangga is maneuvering. Its the fake empathy for the people around Saeroyi. We all know that he cares and champions for his people. I want her to grow so badly!

Director really has it bad for Ms. Kang. Dang, Director dry your panties up! Lol. But for real though, I'm with you every time Ms. Kang comes on the screen, simping hard. Also, Saeroyi yells at Yi-seo and gets him emotional. Saeroyi doesn't yell at Soo-ah and keeps saying nothing is her fault. I feel like Soo-ah wants Saeroyi to yell at her like he does with Yi-Seo. That should tell you alot about the two relationships.

imo the manager is *practicing* empathy w tony and the younger jangga kid to get w saeroyi lmao... she learned "oh to care for saeroyi is to care for the ppl he cares for" and is practicing that... which is different from "i actually legit care for these ppl now" nice what love has her doing even if she doesnt completely get it
