It feels like i got baited into an investment so to speak and now i gotta stick around. So I’d prefer it being closer the expectation. BUT BUT i can’t fault a good story and a person wanting to avoid violence while also being so good at at it. Lol. So here i am.

He learned there was another way that didn’t require violence and Thorfinn is learning that same thing. I don’t know where this story goes, but hopefully Thorfinn doesn’t fight again. I know people want to see it; however it can damage his character and the story if not done well.

2023-03-08 11:53:26 +0000 UTCGood catch YBRL on Thorfinn this episode had 3 different voices from Thorfinn's VA. His depressed empty voice, innocent child voice and now his more adult peace with himself voice, which I think he will go with rest of the season. Both Thorfinn & Einar VA's have been great this season with the emotions through voice =). PS. One of the things from season 1 Thorfinn says when he almost died to first time meeting Thorkell "What the hell is so fun about fighting" while he drags himself to follow Askeladds group. Vinland would be a really good in book format too as the story telling is like when you read a good written story.
