Not only was she shaking her bandmates out of their funk and telling them to follow her lead, but she was also discovering how her band dynamic is supposed to work. Her bandmates complain she is terrible at following someone else's lead because that's just simply how she trained. But when she's allowed to set the tempo, she doesn't need to follow somebody else, and she's able to let her full skill shine. Also pay attention to the lyrics of the songs if you can. It describes Bocchi's feelings about the current situation really well. With Ano Band's lyrics being about Bocchi shutting the world out and playing by her own rhythm, instead of somebody else's.
