2023-02-05 02:21:00 +0000 UTCThey made it somewhat clear back in season 2 that all might was also quirkless and that is part of the reason why he sees so much of himself in Deku. It was mentioned at least a couple of times. It was explained that all might going in his buff form is basically his way of flexing and making himself look big AFTER he got hurt by all for one and ended up becoming skinny. Originally he was big and buff when he was younger but after he his insides blew out (pause) by all for one he couldn't maintain that buff type of form constantly.

Almight had to inform Hawks and Best Jeans. It still can't become a publicly know fact because like before people will be after him and people important to him.
