He had his own issues and insecurities, but he did care for his children. In the end he is remorseful and that’s all that matters.

And the government should have their own weapons program, "Hawk" does not cut it. Endeavor should have taken the same approach of AFO and seek professional help, instead he took the "this method will land you in prison if you try it in our world" approach with his wife.
