I mean, the people who killed Barney and Aberama knew way too much and seemed to had a lot of details, so it seemed something that was planned days ahead, you know?

2023-02-01 13:07:43 +0000 UTCI know y'all are probably on season 6 and dont care about this, but I think the killing was supposed to happen in this order : - Riot happens, the Billy boys are occupied - Tommy checks his watch as soon as the riot breaks out - Barney (sniper) counts to 10 then shoots " the other bloke's head off" as he said - Because of the shot and the riot, Jimmy is panicking between the 2 situations, that leads to Aberama Gold killing him. I personally think that Tommy didn't check his watch soon enough, which led to the enemy catching up to them before the sniper shot.
