I thought he was just bossing my man Bill (Ron Swanson) Around. Yes. My man firs. Ron is my favorite from parks and rec followed by the guy who says “Ann Perkins” lol. And Dwight Shrute my favorite from “The Office”. I dont think these are shockers to anyone who knows me lol.

Even though the names were mentioned before, I'm glad you guys forgot until the radio code talk. It just gave you more time to put together theories about what was going on. All of that would've been missing if you guys knew Bill's story from the game.

(Never played the games!) but to me, it reminded the audience that love and life can continue on during horrible times. AND it gave Joel a nudge to continue being a protector.

That's why the door to the bedroom closed when the front door did. It was a brilliant stylistic choice, knowing that Bill and Frank are dead inside there, it was almost as if it were Bill and Frank saying, "No, Joel. You don't want to see this." Fucking BRILLIANT. I could write a paper on this episode alone.

Taking these untold storys from the game and making episodes out of them is just what the format is best for

The way tess and joel carried themselves I could easily see them surviving last episode if it wasn’t for her

I'm usually an eye roller at romance but this was so well done, it wasn't some generic shit they usually try to shove down our throats about perfect people in perfect relationships. As Frank said, they had a lot of great days together, and a lot of bad days together; and that's what REAL love is like. It really was so well done, maybe my favorite so far ❤️

We see Bill in the game and hear about Frank so they took that and expanded it into this episode so it's basically original content. None of this was part of the game but it was still masterful.
