About what Director said at the start of the reaction about the dates, the Indonesia date was Sep 24th and the date in Texas in episode 1 was Sep 26th so there was only 2 days difference.

I dont know if its in your budget, but it may help if you get a moderator to screen the comment sections on patreon and youtube to keep you guys from getting spoiled. I myself have never played the game so everything is new to me. I also stay away from comments so I dont get spoiled.

They believed the infection started from the flour and grain. Someone probably ate some bread or something and got sick. It’s also calls into question if that’s how the neighbors got sick in the first episode. Btw there is a lot things that are different from the game with some key moments of things from the game sprinkled in. I don’t think you guys would have gotten much from playing the game than general story beats. The show does a good job of giving it to you in a way you can appreciate it without the Easter eggs and nods to the game.

I played the game and I’m still in the dark. They changed a lot of things but it makes sense for the show. At most we are getting Easter eggs and general plot stuff.

I actually think they did Tess's last stand way better in the show than in the game. I know, I know, but hear me out. Also I don't think this constitutes a spoiler because you just saw it but if someone disagrees let me know and I'll delete it. In the game, it's Fedra that bursts in and Tess says she'll stay behind to hold them off. But then you go upstairs and walk past the part that overlooks the entrance and you just see her there shot dead instantly but it didn't do any good because you still have to fight your way through Fedra to get out. In this, they gave Tess a real last stand and she went out like a g.
