Maybe to him being shown and shared on social media by his friends meant he important to them and not some person they kept in hiding. And for Suho to only have 5 people he follows, with one of them being this girl he just met, over him, had to have been a real blow for him. Also, it really hurts to see Beomsuk turning on our boys. I feel so bad for him. Didn't at all expect this to happen. //side note: I'm just getting to this drama 7 months later than y'all, but I'm so sucked in. Now you have to deal with my late comments. lol apologies.

I think she and suho have verrrryyy similar personalities (extremely lighthearted, outspoken, carefree), so I see how they just hit it off so easily. And Beomseok has never really had anyone respect him (outside of his new friend Sieun), so even as he really liked and looked up to Suho, I could tell he also rubbed him the wrong way a lot with how he would brush things of so easily.

2023-01-06 01:00:56 +0000 UTCWhile I understand BumSeok's insecurities, Young Yi's mixing into their group and even asking BumSeok to buy her something when she knows nothing about him nor makes an effort to get to know him, it does annoy me a wee-bit, especially her answering his phone and having the audacity to get mad at him afterwards for raising his voice at her, which is a natural response to not only having what's-essentially a stranger answer your phone for you, but also give your location away to potential harassers. Also yeah, putting your arm around someone can both be portrayed as a friendly thing or a condescendingly-bullying thing, which is why BumSeok doesn't like it when Soo Ho does it to him anymore, and Soo Ho's personality of being somewhat-of a provocative person wasn't helping either, like calling him cute for being angry ( at least I think Soo Ho was the one who called him that ), in my opinion he not only feels like he's the one who doesn't fit in, but he's also reminded of his weakness and how much he depends on both of them, simultaneously his 'spot' is being taken by this interloper who he knows nothing about and doesn't even like ( she didnt make good first impressions with him either ) and he's feeling more distant from the group. In all honesty I think Si Eun was more caring and careful with BumSeok, Soo Ho does care obviously, but his manner of portraying it and exacerbating it just aint it.

2023-01-04 19:56:52 +0000 UTCImo Bumseok liked Soo Ho, some people agree some don’t I could just be very gay and projecting haha but I think he did simply bc he seemed to hold him on a different pedestal than Si Eun. Constantly checking his page to see if he follows him back and getting threatened by Young Yi being around him? He could feel like his spot is being taken in the friendship as a whole, but he seems more concerned about Young Yi and Soo Ho’s relationship vs Young Yi and Si Eun. Aside from that, what Gil Su said about him being Si Eun and Soo Ho’s dog (I think that’s what he said, Ik he said something along the lines of that) got to him followed by the kid in the classroom saying he thinks he tough bc he hangs with them so he’s getting insecure about the friendship, whether he’s on the same level as them. Although Si Eun and Soo Ho don’t see him as their “dog” or less than, others perceive it that way and lets face it any person who’s gotten bullied profusely and gets beat on at home is bound to care a lot about how others perceive them, he’s fucked mentally. He doesn’t want people to view him as weak or he’s going to constantly face abuse whether that be at home or at school. He’s taking offense to Soo Ho doing things like putting his arm around him and calling him cute when he’s trying to act tough cuz although Soo Ho sees it as him being endearing to Bum Seok and keeping his friend out of trouble, in Bum Seok’s mind it validates those statements made by Gil Su and the kid in the class. He’s constantly in defense mode so everything seems against him although that’s the last thing Soo Ho is. He genuinely doesn’t see that because he’s letting other people’s perceptions taint his own which is not surprising it’s just super sad.
