Ginjos full backstory doesn’t really get explained until the light novels and I’m not sure you guys will read them but he got betrayed by soul society and lost friends so he turned his back on them and killed many soul reapers. That’s why he felt even more betrayed when he found out what the combat pass does.

As you have multiple times said that you try to keep reserve episodes, so at this point you should have finished normal bleach already.
