2022-12-12 09:02:49 +0000 UTCPretty sure it was meant to be a thing originally. if you go back to the earlier seasons, 2-3 and 4 his Few interactions with Shoto and endeavor were always "Out of character" kinda like he had something against them. they had hinted to it in one of the earlier outros too.

2022-12-11 12:59:16 +0000 UTCOk, did you forget that Mr. Compress said he used all his shots by accident to deal with Kaminari and if you honestly expect Spinner to be strong enough to take on Endeavor, then you sir are wrong even when Endeavor was weakened he can still beat Spinner and to top it all off Todoroki was there so it would’ve been stupid for Spinner to do anything, Dabi’s speech was the most impactful and hurtful thing that anyone can do to Endeavor and the damage that speech will cause from here on out is gonna be a major problem for the heroes.

2022-12-11 03:00:53 +0000 UTCTo sum it up I don't think it was right to say that when in the end the damage that happened this episode was way more detrimental than if they had fought. Spinner wouldn't win if Endeavor was still motivated cause he isn't good enough to fight endeavor even in his weakened state. Compress already used most of what he had saved up in his balls (pause). The fact that Dabi outted endeavor is way more impactful and hurtful than if they went ahead and tried fighting. It also hit endeavor and shoto personally way more than it would if they fought. A lot of manga readers thought this development was great in terms of how it was done. If you don't see it that way than fine I can't change it. I just think when you say you want the villains to win this development officially solidified that it was a win for the villains. I thought they sort of made that clear in the episode which is why I don't understand where you are getting at. So yeah anyways I apologize for that rude comment. I caught myself right after I made it and tried to change it but yeah lee handled it. I saw a few dumb takes on the episode earlier and I am tired from work so it didn't help to see something that I couldn't agree with at all after all of that.

And dabi was kinda spitting in his speech some hero’s prop them selves up on a pedestal when in reality they are no better than the people they lock up/kill when there behind closed doors. Now I’m not saying all hero’s are bad cause I mean look at bakugo deku and shoto but in reality there are people like dabi described in the hero society.

Maybe I just expected to much from them.
