All for one can take quirks, and all might said you cant lose One For All without voluntarily giving it up. So there is a possibility in the writing that if Shigaraki comes back at 100%. The previous owners if One For All can be present in larger numbers and resist. So essentially it’ll be a tug of war of the strongest party. Thats what I believe as a possibility. But I’m always wrong 🤷🏽♂️. Lol. But i keep believing anyways hahahaha
