They are hinting stuff with the previous users of one for all. However, in bakugo's mind he sees it has the potential to be a cursed power but at the same time he recognizes how much hope and inspiration it brings with All Might and Deku wielding it. So whether it is cursed or not the power has been used positively and it has inspired so many positive effects through both deku and all might.

2022-11-27 02:10:13 +0000 UTCThose black and red tentacles that were hitting endeavor and bakugo can be used to attack and pierce but they were also used by all for one in his battle with all might to use the quirk "forcible quirk activation" which basically means it is a way to force a quirk to act up whether the owner wants it to or not.

2022-11-27 02:07:32 +0000 UTCI don't understand why some people I have seen reacting think bakugo can do anything against shigaraki in the air like Deku can. Bakugo can propel himself around with his blasts in the air but he isn't capable of constantly keeping shigaraki in the air for a long period of time nor is he strong enough to deal enough damage compared to Deku. Bakugo had no choice but to stand there and watch. This episode was a bit rushed and I do wish they had went more in on the animation. In the manga you get more of a sense that bakugo felt helpless and useless in that moment because he knew Deku was the only one that could do what he was doing with shigaraki. Bakugo HAD to come up with that kind of plan in order to do anything to help Deku.
