When ace was taken care of and he was going to fight the lava user. It was almost inconceivable what Garp could even do at that time But now you quickly realize that he’s always been far more powerful than those other devil fruit users. And the way she doesn’t fear any of these powerful monsters at all shows you very much how powerful she probably is in the same way of Garp
