The people in the comments talking about how she didn't tell him actually missed the part where she was literally talking about how her boss "made her transform on her first day on the job" so...yes he did know she was a human who transforms into a hulk...he may not have known what she looked like as a human but he did know she had a human form. It's moreso that he wasn't as impressed with her human form as he was with her hulk form and that's where the bias was shown. It was made very clear that he had ulterior motives from the start. Not that he was Catfished.

But they didn't have to do it so much every single episode where every single man that isn't a main cast is a jackass (even men not directly related to She hulk MC are assholes) to the point that it's really overshadowing the actual plot of she hulk. At this point you can change the title to She Hulk and Toxic men and it would still make sense. Imagine if there was a show that did the same thing but in reverse. The outrage and double standard that will happen is going to cancel that show very soon after episode 1. I think they should put more wholesome stuff, especially since this a comedy show, like Wong and Madisynn ship. They could even make it a running gag where everyone has a partner except She-hulk.

We are given that perspective of a woman like her. They do exist. I’m accustomed to it. I’m accustomed to hearing it. I think it’s common in African American culture that these shawties say us men aint shit 😭😭. We are unphased generally. I think. The female perspective like this thrown in a super hero audience is something many folks not used to. I am not even saying her perspective is correct. But it does exist in MANY MANY single women at that age. Worn out.

Almost every episode there's like 60% she hulk 40% bad men / patriarchy and 10% Wong. Maybe they should just give Wong his own show. I feel like that would be more fun than this. Coz honestly Im probably watching this more for Wong than anything else.

My last girlfriend has M.S. she had guys bail on her once they found out or when they found out what her future could be like. We split just because we fell out but I would’ve never have left because over her having to deal with the effects. I think people who only see”what’s wrong” with you and not even try to see who you are is the worst kind of people. Those are the people who bail when things get hard. Those are the folks who judge you not on what you do or who you are but on what they perceive you to be and we’re all better off. Good on you for not letting get you down.

I'm out driving around town running errands or whatever and there's been times when a guy will be checking me out, all into "me"..... until I park and start unloading my wheelchair out my car and instead of just been a polite human they LITERALLY immediately look away, turn the other direction, and avoid me at all costs lolol. I've even had these 2 guys approach me in my car at the theater trying to talk to me and the minute I opened the door and started pulling my chair out I shit you not one said "oh" and they both practically ran off..... mid conversation!!🤦🏼♀️ If a chick in a chair is not your thing that's fine, but you don't have to be a dick about it. That's kinda what this dude did. Even if he didn't know She Hulk and Jen were one and the same, HE JUST SMASHED HER!.... he could've been a little more of a decent dude instead of immediately dipping out. Or at the very least just be fucking honest. If any one of those dudes who ran off on me after they see my chair would've said "I'm sorry I'm not interested in all that" I would've respected that more than them just running off like a little bitch! After all these yrs I just laugh when shit like that happens because there are a lot of decent dudes out there too. But the point is have some decorum and just be a nice human.

As far as we know, she didn’t tell him she can transform to a regular human. He likely thought the Hulk was who she was and was legitimately taken aback by the change. Almost like she hid that from him. That’s giving him the benefit of the doubt. That said it was a bit of a dick move to just walk out without even trying to get to know regular Jen. For that, he was an ass and not worth her time. She’s better off. It’s like what Rita Hayworth said, “Every man I knew went to bed with Gilda and woke up with me”. Meaning they go to bed with the dream they have of her but can’t handle the reality the morning after.

I couldn’t phathom dating She Hulk and not knowing she has a human form based on my understanding of that world and their media. I applied some assumptions really. It was revealed to the world lol. I know it was because she was even approached as Jen and asked to transform at the law office and transform back at the prison. In a show with magic and super powers lol. I find it unrealistic for you to live in that city and date her without knowing that
