Today I’m turning 30 ✨

I don’t think there’s any point in once again telling the whole story of what I’ve been through. You already know it all so well how much is behind me, and how much is probably still ahead. But there’s something I truly need to say out loud.

I am unbelievably, deeply grateful to the Universe and to fate for the day you appeared in my life. For your support, your love, and your help through all these years. To be completely honest, it was only thanks to support from others that I was able to provide myself with what I needed for treatment, medical tests, and simply to keep functioning. I know this, and every day I silently thank destiny for it.

Thank you for being who you are. Please protect that within yourselves—it’s priceless. Because only together, united, can we truly change the world for the better. Please never doubt your own strength.

Of course, I could list how many exhibitions, publications, and projects I’ve had this year. But I feel that a birthday is the best reason to talk about what actually matters.

Yes, there are days when I cry from pain. There are seasons of despair, weakness, and exhaustion, like any living person has. But if I look at the bigger picture, I am genuinely grateful to the Universe for this lesson. This physical pain became the strongest catalyst for inner change in my life. I don’t even want to imagine who I would have been if everything that happened after COVID had never happened to me.

This experience still keeps guiding me toward a more conscious way of living and a more conscious way of experiencing each day. Over time, I began to see life differently: like a kind of system, like a playground where everyone goes through their own trials and tests.

I started noticing it sharply in myself and in others, as if we’re all on some kind of training ground where what’s being tested isn’t status, achievements, or how much money you’ve earned, but the person: their strength of spirit, awareness, and faith. Faith in life, in yourself, and in something greater than we are. And that faith, in a way, is the most important thing of all. Without it, the meaning of life begins to disappear.

So please remember - everything that happens to you is not a punishment, not a curse, and not misfortune. No matter how hard it is, it’s important to remember that it’s happening for a reason and it’s meant to teach you something, to test something within you. Perhaps your whole future depends on how you move through this challenge right now.

May each birthday be a reminder of why you came into this world, and what your role here is. Remember that you can always do something to change the world for the better.

Never tell yourself “This is pointless,” “You can’t save everyone,” “It’s just a drop in the ocean”

The world is still the way it is because too many people think like that. But if each person, in their own way, made that “drop,” it would eventually become an entire ocean of incredible change.

So, I’ll say it again, never doubt yourself. Even in the moments when you feel completely powerless and think you can’t change anything. Remember - there is always something you can do.

The depth of a lived life isn’t measured by money, success, popularity, achievements, status, the number of children or the absence of them. It’s not about any of that.

It’s measured by the brightness of your soul. And it shines the brightest in those moments when you genuinely care for others, when you help, when you give your love without conditions. And then that light can be felt from miles away. That is a truly meaningful life.

May every birthday remind you that you didn’t come into this world for nothing. It doesn’t matter what you believe in, what country you’re from, or what path you walk. What matters is believing in something greater and more magnificent than ourselves.

Personally, since childhood I’ve felt that I came into this world for a big purpose. I used to think I had to literally save the planet, make this world safer, first and foremost for animals and for nature.

And now I understand, even what I’m already doing is a form of serving that purpose. You don’t need to become the “president of the world” for that.

So we simply keep doing what is within our power. Step by step.

Strength doesn't come trom healthy body, big muscles, power or money -  it comes from who you are from inside.

You make the choice of who you want to be, don't wait for someone to make the first step, make it yourself.

And always remember - if you are fearless, then you are all-powerful.
