He called the entire family crazy including the lil brother which at this point Steve thinks is dead since he knows nothing about the other side. So no he doesn’t get a pass a decent human wouldn’t allowed his friends to LITERALLY announce my ex or my gf is a slut. Low and shameful with no redeeming qualities at this point.

He doesn’t get a pass and I think that was the point of no return in Nancy’s eyes. If she didn’t have intentions with Jonathan now that ship had sail. And 11 is the ultimate friend. Dustin and El (11) are the MVPs of that group of friends
