Backstage video "Song of the Mavka" 🌿
Added 2025-11-02 17:00:10 +0000 UTCHi my friends! 💛
For the very first time, I decided to make a backstage video showing the whole process how I actually create my self-portraits.
If you enjoy this kind of format, I’ll try to make more behind-the-scenes videos in the future.
It definitely drains my phone battery like crazy 😅 but it’s still so interesting to watch the whole process from the outside, even for me!
So let me know what you think do you like this type of video or not really?
And one little tip: if the video quality looks low, try opening it through the Google Drive app or download it first, that usually helps.

I haven’t been on Patreon in a while. And I started at #6 in this series… and I was curious how big the shoot crew was, but you keep saying “self portrait” this is fascinating. Thank you for helping me/understand a bit of your process! Well done!

2025-11-03 13:33:52 +0000 UTCit’s a remote control app with an active focus that tracks me while shooting, so the marks in the middle are part of the interface 😅

2025-11-03 13:33:30 +0000 UTCThank you so much, dearest Jeff! ❤️ Usually, I imagine a few poses in advance, but they don’t always work the way I expect once I see the frame. So I often adjust things on the spot moving, changing angles, trying to make it all feel natural and harmonious with the surroundings) It’s a mix of planning and spontaneous flow ✨

2025-11-03 13:32:18 +0000 UTCThank you so much! 💫 Yes, I used to shoot without the remote app before and honestly, it was pure chaos 😅 Now it’s so much easier to experiment and control the process. I’m really glad you enjoyed the video, I’ll definitely keep creating more like this!✨♥️

2025-11-03 13:31:42 +0000 UTCVideo is fantastic and I agree with you the process is fascinating. I didn’t realize you shoot remotely using your phone to control the camera. The video shows how you change pose and experiment with the surroundings. I like this
