44:25 Asta' anti magic is kinda mysterious but his abilities are know. Asta was using Destroyer' powers against the judge who put a status effect on the black bulls that shrunk their power. Asta' swords have different powers, they all can negate but Slayer reflects and he uses Black Divider with it Dweller absorbs, and you see Asta learning to do put anti magic and shoot projectiles this epi. He still kinda sucks with this sword tho, Litch really showed him up Destroyer is like reversing the effect, think like status effects in pokemon or an rpg. You see Asta remove poison and paralysis as well as the effects of the reincarnation spell.

I think you mean the strong magic region, not the forsaken realm. The strong magic region is the large mass of greyed out land that stretches from the east coast to the west coast of the overall continent, creating a natural border the same way a river does. The forsaken realm is the largest "segment" of the Clover Kingdom, where the peasants live.

BTW I also agree that these little training snippets were super helpful. Especially the Yami/Asta parallel. Really appreciate yall covering this content! Also, just my thoughts from what we know manazone is a pretty advanced technique that many don't know, so I'm not not exactly sure if the other captains do know it. Mereleona is just that damn good (imo) But as you can see mana method works somewhat similar to it (in a more direct fashion) but I think manazone is overall superior to mana method since you don't really need to write mana words ( which take more time) Yami and Mereleona are the only other captains that we've seen use manazone so far.

Sorry if you guys have already been told this but pretty much the anime canon/filler you guys watched is pretty much what happened in a 6 month time skip in the manga. The manga just did a small time skip over the training arc but the anime (with approval and help of the author of the manga) decided to actually animate what happened in the 6 months. Again if you already knew this I apologize this is just in case you didn’t

The relationship you have is hilarious that clown on each other a lot if you look back the sword actually flew back to him he's like a magnet because some of the anti-magic flows in him and the other is in the sword so he's just manipulating the anti-magic in his body like the opposite of a magnet to call back the sword

Just an FWI the forsaken realm is what separates the Spade Kingdom from all the other kingdoms. You can look up a map for Black Clover to see for yourself to get a better idea.
