Jewelry Bonney infiltrated posing as Connie, queen dowager of the Sorbet Kingdom. Given Bonnie's powers we don't know if she is the actual queen or if Bonnie is related to the queen and Kuma in some way. If Bonnie is actually Queen of Sorbet, she could easily be Kuma's mother, or if she is just granddaughter of the Queen she could be Kuma's younger sister or daughter. Knowing Oda it could either way

Sinnce Bonney can pass off as the Queen Dowager of the Sorbet Kingdom, she either has to be their kid, or the Queen Dowager herself, no? Hard to know how old she actually is since she can change age of anything at will to anything. At least I recall on the Reddit thread when this episode aired, ppl linked to some huge theorycrafting thread collecting all data we know of Kuma etc, to figure this shit out to most likely theories
