I'm just going off based what King Hamburger looks like which is more american, but who knows what goes in Oda's mind when he creates this characters.

2022-03-22 09:04:21 +0000 UTCRemenber that Stelly the king of Goa and his wife are from East Blue, so both of them are very ignorant about the outside world and the other inhabitants of the other oceans, that includes the grandline. Ryugu Kindom is referring to the country in Fishman island. Remenber King Neptune (Shirahoshi's father) is the King of Ryugu Kingdom. The guy that looks like Abe (or Uncle Sam) is King Ham-Burger of the Kingdom of Bollywood, his name came for like 3 seconds after King Taco was introduced. I also think that scene with Luffy pumelling crocodile to the ceiling it had to be armament haki (1:02:04). I'm sure Luffy was using it armament haki unconciously there is no way that Luffy being covered in blood should have been enough to counter La espada attack from crocodile. Also when Luffy kicks crocodile up there is no blood on Luffy's foot meaning he touch him with haki, unless the animators forgot to add blood to his foot. This is also the same arc were we saw Zoro use armament haki unconsciously against Mr.1 . It would fit thematically for Luffy to use haki to defeat his main opponent Mr. 0.

Green Bull was mentioned before, I don't remenber if it was Kizaru (Yellow Monkey) or Akainu (Red Dog) which currently goes by his name Sakazuki who mentioned him before. The silhouette is typical of Oda to not show a new character right away until they are more relevant in the story.
