Billboards these days are digitally printed on sheets of vinyl and stretched over the board. At most, Johnny did a few hundred dollars worth of damage. Danny permanently jacked everyone in that strip clubs rent up. On a scale of whats acceptable Danny went way overboard.

Like my whole problem with putting blame on the both of them in the first movie is that daniel jus saw a new girl in town and tried to slide while johnny starts yelling at smo who jus came to town cuz he talking to his ex girl and then bullies him through the entire movie cuz of that and he oded like rolling him down the hill crazy.
