Honestly, my second watch through this I figured out the forest king was a number 1 king that went crazy, then I recognized during kingbo's flashback that his father who was telling him to be kind was that rank 1 king, who went crazy, killed everyone and ran off into the woods. I don't think it's necessarily a spoiler

RockLee and Director also have habits of theory crafting during the episode instead of after. So it's natural that regular viewers pick up more details than they do. None of the comments were really spoilers tbh.

It could be if you consider paying way too much attention to this beautiful show a spoiler. The details are all there just not in plain view. This is as detailed of explanation as I can give you. Edit: Read if you want to know. The little girl who saves Kage by hiding him in his flashback was in service to "King Bo". We meet the crazy guy wearing a crown and then they tell us about the Rank 1 kings going mad. Remember the guy Ouken stabbed and let him bleed out while watching? His name is "Kingbo" and in his flashback his dad looks identical to the crazy guy in the woods. In the flashback the guy who ranked King Daida 90 and who was there in the flashback of Apeas, Bebin, and Bosse fighting a rock golem(ranking Bosse I assume) is with Kingbo's dad. After that you see Kingbo going mad from seeing the slaughter his dad unleashed. Just like they said all Rank 1 kings pick the same item and either go mad or disappear. The guy who gives out ranks may have just made him rank 1 at that time. Him killing everyone and driving his son mad is also probably why his sons name is "Kingbo" like "King Bo" now. The guy who ranks was even really suspicious when he said he had no clue what that item was after we first met him because he had most likely known what it was from Kingbo, but who knows. Ranking of Kings is pure art.

So, although it's controversial it's fine stating your opinion on the matter. She was deluded by her judgement and chose to help them because she thought they could change.

2022-03-04 23:50:58 +0000 UTCI wouldn’t have mentioned KingBo personally but there were hints: (1) Apeas talking with guy who said 1st ranked kings lose their minds, (2) Boji meeting guy with crown on his head and acting crazy. (3) They mentioned Kingbos backstory and showed him having a flashback on episode 12 (17:58) which shows his father was in fact the guy in the woods Boji met and a king.

2022-03-04 22:20:39 +0000 UTCi will say tho that there is a wiki out there that contains spoilers, so the most curious of people would read it and actually know whats gonna happen in the future episodes, but out of like thousands of people in comments in other reactor's videos ive seen, ive only heard of two people saying they've looked at the wiki or knew japanese and read ahead.

2022-03-04 21:48:07 +0000 UTCi think its more that people are so confident that theyre theories are right cause of all the context clues that they feel is confirmed. all clues say that the forest guy was a first king, but we cant 100% confirm that. the original source material just now started to get translated when the first couple of episodes came out, so apart from the most recent episodes, i doubt theres anything you guys can get spoiled on now that youre caught up

It's just something you will pick up if you pay attention or remember everything
