Director full clowning again about Myuu's mom. If he really felt that Hajime didn't deserve to "cut in line", then he should be rooting for Kaori as well, who has known and loved Hajime long before any of the other girls. She was the only one that loved him back before he became a chad. And I'm not even rooting for her, just stating the facts

2022-02-18 23:38:20 +0000 UTCSo, Kaori was kind of a stalker, In reference to around timestamp 40:25. Back when they were in Japan, She was basically head over heals for Hajime, but Hajime wasn't interested in her, in fact, he found her kind of annoying. But he was at least kind and respectable to her. The reason he was bullied back then was because Kaori was paying so much attention to him, that every one else who was crushing on her hated him. Her obsession with getting to know him lead to some rather... humorous stalker situations. She knows a lot about Hajime, more than he realizes she knows. She was/is so obessed with Hajime, that she is oblivious to the fact that other people were interested in her. A lot of this should have been revealed in season 1, just more of the stuff they skipped. EDIT: She wasn't "Kind-of a stalker" She was/is a stalker, lets just make that clear.

Because of that fact anything she felt could have always been one sided. Remember when she first started like him was when he stood up to a bully. This was when they were back on earth. Why didn't she tell him she was proud of him for doing that back then. Maybe something would have happened at that time. The thing is you shouldn't wait to tell people how you feel cause there will always be someone that will get there first. Then you will be on the outside looking in. So, I don't feel sorry for her. She had time to tell him when they were still on earth and again when they were brought to this world.

2022-02-18 06:29:12 +0000 UTCDirector got lucky with this one cuz they removed the novel detail where they were walking through the greenery and Hajime saved Kaori from a deadly poisonous spider with 12 legs by grabbing it with his hands from the back of her head when it silently snuck on her without her noticing. The novel described it as secreting poison and wiggling all 12 legs in Hajime's hand and everything it sounded so gross It was a detail meant to make Kaori think that she was so weak and useless compared to the others that she almost died from a regular spider and not even a monster and didnt even notice it coming
