Added 2022-02-14 17:52:50 +0000 UTCOk guys, for those who don't watch the short video lol, I gotta Go from 9 episodes a week! of One Piece to 6 Episodes of one piece a week lol...3 uploads to 2 uploads sounds small but it's still going to be an episode for almost every day of the week we cover.
As described in the video, it's getting harder to constantly move my routine around to accommodate Erza's working hours. I spend a lot of energy telling her what she needs to tell her boss, just say no etc, sometimes clashing and affecting the energy in our videos, (ya'll don't know the back story going into each video).
AAANNNNND Now, my daughter is needing more time, and I don't mean just fun and games, focused time on her studies and just participating in her activities, I was hoping to catch up in may to have a balanced life but the final 3-4 months is a lot of pressure.
I was feeling guilty, but I know, we as a channel do a lot as it is, so hopefully, people understand.
I've seen creators burn out and couples split over the behind-the-scenes aspect.... I'm just seeking a little more balance.

Of course it should be said that at the current rate the uploads will be caught up to where we are by around the middle of May, though with your recordings being made in advance you should be caught up to us that much sooner. The timing is impeccable, as there are a number of good series starting or resuming in April as well, including Skeleton Knight in Another World and Ascendance of a Bookworm. Based on what you said I think that Erza would like Bookworm due to its world building and character development while I think that you would appreciate its parallels to Slime, specifically the protagonist's efforts to use her otherworldly knowledge to bring what she liked in her old life (like books) into this world that largely lacks them. Likewise I think that you and Director Nasty would enjoy Skeleton Knight as it too is similar to Slime or Spider but focuses more on action than Bookworm does.

Nothing concrete has been mentioned in the story but it would explain the abnormal humans like Big Mom and Whitebeard. Mainly explaining how you can have 16 foot humans walking around.

I don't remember exactly what happened earlier this arc, but whenever she recovered from the croquembouche attack, she just kind of stood up and looked confused as to why the city was destroyed. She doesn't even know she hurt her own son. For those that know more of Big Mom's history (no spoilers), it does bring up a few questions like has no one even tried telling her about them? Her children probably know not to talk back or accuse her of anything out of fear.

In fact I have a theory that they are side effects of the experimentation performed on her before she was born that gave her the size and strength that makes her so feared as Big Mom. I mean the similarities between her Hunger Pangs and the withdrawal symptoms of the kids on Punk Hazard are too numerous to ignore, and while her semi-responsiveness might make some (like Jimbei) think that it's simply a tantrum, the kids on Punk Hazard responded to Caesar Clown when he promised them the candy they wanted. So yeah, I think that she was a subject of the early experiments that she later compelled Caesar to continue.

At least that's what you wrote in the notification of the last video before you pulled it to edit out the "botched" capture of the episodes.

The way it’s depicted is like she doesn’t even know she has these “episodes” she didn’t know about the Hunger Pangs when she killed the Giant king, when she destroyed the town at the beginning of the arc and even now.

2022-02-14 20:52:32 +0000 UTCSo I saw in the notification for the previous video prior to it being pulled to be edited and reuploaded that you had realized belatedly that you had cut out the beginning of episode 852 when you skipped straight to the title card. To let you know what you missed out on, it started right from where it ended in episode 851, with Luffy pulling out his 3rd gear attacks. Big Mom's people were shocked that Luffy could make his hands and feet gigantic like that, until Katakuri did the same shocking his allies that he could make his even bigger. No matter what attack Luffy used Katakuri was determined so show him that he was outclassed by duplicating said attack and making it better in every way. Now fortunately it will be a while before you have to worry about an unusual start like this, but on episode 879 you will want to start the reaction at 2:40, just after the opening credits but before the title card shows up at 3:33. This sequence will bring you up to speed about the event that this mini-arc is centered around and will preemptively answer what questions you might have that may remain unanswered otherwise. After that episode you may resume skipping to the title card as it just repeats said explanation until the end of said arc at episode 890. The next time you'll need to start prior to the title card will be episode 893. Though it will begin with what appears to be a recap it will flow into actual new footage without any clear indication so it will be better to watch it from the end of the opening sequence at 2:10 and just be prepared when the title card pops up at 4:23. Now hopefully this message gets to you early enough that you can make the adjustments to the recording procedure accordingly, I should mention that I was under the impression that the adjustment to 2 One Piece video uploads was just for this 2 week period, but if you were thinking of making it a permanent change I'd be cool with that as you're close to catching up anyways and family is important. If it is permanent then perhaps a change to the posted schedule is called for, but whatever the case I'll be looking forward to the next video.
