Just a little note to let you know that I’ll be offline for the next few days. I’m heading into a little self-imposed isolation and a short Vipassana, so it means no phone, no internet, no contact with the outside world. I’ll be spending this time alone in a cabin in the forest, reconnecting with myself 🌱
So if I don’t respond, don’t worry, I haven’t died, I’m just meditating in the woods like a tiny forest hermit! )))

I Met Suata a number of years ago in SF. I still have a copy somewhere of his first book that he gave me. A mutual friend introduced us. He was my introduction to Vipassana.
