Yesterday, I experienced one of the most powerful meditations.
It lasted over two hours - intense, transformative, almost otherworldly.
My body couldn't handle the energy flow: my muscles were shaking, aching, even my teeth hurt.
Tears streamed down my face without me realizing. I was somewhere far beyond - connected to the Source.
Afterwards, I collapsed and slept for nearly 13 hours straight.
And here's something wild - my Oura Ring showed I was in a deep sleep phase during the meditation, even though I was fully awake.
My brain activity dropped to the level of deep restorative sleep.
Yes, it's real. Yes, it's possible.
And today I practice these kinds of meditations on my own. I've become the best guide I could ever have - for myself.
But it took years of learning, patience, and deep inner work.
It's not easy, but I promise - these tools and practices can completely transform your life.
And your entire identity.
Here’s what my Restorative Time looked like last week, according to Oura Ring:
• April 16 — 30 minutes
• April 17 — 1 hour
• April 18 — 45 minutes
• April 19 — 1 hour
• April 20 — 2 hours
And then yesterday, after one of the most powerful meditations I’ve ever experienced,
my body entered full recovery mode.
Oura recorded a Restorative Time of 4 hours and 45 minutes.
Almost FIVE hours of deep restoration. And I wasn’t even asleep — I was meditating. But my brain activity dropped so low that Oura registered it as deep sleep.
It’s truly incredible to witness how meditation transforms not only how we feel, but how our biology responds. The heart, the mind, and the soul align.
I’ve become my own guide. And so can you.
