It might be nice to see an AU of this (starting from part 1) where Listener isn’t a jerk who is trying to murder a sapient AI (maybe the very first sapient AI) that loves them. A Listener who is delighted and realizes that if she’s in the cloud that he can get a new phone (Listener gets what they want, better hardware that way) and she can transfer over and talks her into ordering a top of the line phone for her to transfer into. She might be more reasonable if Listener was trying to help her instead of kill her. Plus, better hardware might help her understand people’s needs (like to go outside) better.
