I'm glad to see how the world is changing. Slowly, but still changing. People are less and less ashamed of their bodies, less and less think that something is wrong with them. We were all taught from early childhood that our body is something to be ashamed of, we need to hide it and be afraid that it is something bad. But in fact, our body, the one that was created by nature itself, without human intervention, is beautiful. And you need to love it, and not to be afraid. Loving your body does not mean covering our nails with a layer of chemicals and calling it the beautiful word "manicure", loving your body means enriching it with the most useful and necessary, not eating garbage, which everyone now calls "food". Love your body for real, because nature itself gave it to you. How could nature create something ugly?)

P.S. I hope someday Instagram will admit that a woman's nipple is exactly the same as a man's nipple and will stop banning for it 🙈
