Painting model contest (April - May)

Hi guys! As I promised yesterday, the next painting model contest starts today!

Rules of participation:

1. Have active patronage in April and May

2. Use only one model for painting - Alfira in the scale in which you are confident in your abilities (not a bust).

3. On my discord server there is a special forum for this competition (#painting-contest-april-may), where you need to create your post and upload at least one work in progress (this can be a photo of only the printed model or partially painted). Also, when you finish your work, upload the photo to the same publication and change the tag from wip to final.

4. A participant who used an incomplete model (for example, cut off legs or a trimmed stand) cannot take the prize.

5. It is also important when publishing final photos that there be at least 5 photos. Among them there should be one photo with normal lighting (outdoor (better) or just indoor) and one photo from a close distance to show small details. (this is necessary for a fairer assessment)

6. I also think it’s fair to prohibit the winner of the previous competition from taking prizes (but not participation in the competition; it is possible to take additional awards) so that other competitors have more incentive to compete for the prize. So, BattleFlan - sorry

7. Deadline: May 28.

Like last time, we will do the assessment with the team and, first of all, pay attention to the accuracy of execution and the combination of colors used.

This month we will slightly increase the level of prizes (+$50 for each place):

1st place $250 on PayPal

2nd place $150 on PayPal

3rd place $100 on PayPal

Also, after the contest, all participants will be able to choose any of my models and I will send it to you.
