Suddenly! New character for Starter Pack - Vaas.
Why exactly him? I just really liked this game when it came out and this is one of my favorite antagonists and there are unfairly few print models for this character.
In this composition and emotions of Vaas, I tried to convey his character, how it turned out is up to you.
