So you know when you get excited and eager to please and you end up committing to something and then realising that it's a huge undertaking that you may not have the time to dedicate to due to working full time?

I think realistically I should have started with a smaller series. Perhaps Vinland Saga and then it was on Patreon way ahead of when it came to YouTube, or even Demon Slayer, or even Berserk. I think jumping straight into One Piece was maybe a bit unwise reflecting more on it.

I am a very impulsive person and I want to create as much content as I can to entertain you all. I think in part the reasoning is due to the rapid drop in subs after AOT finished. Which I knew would happen but I think it's sometimes hard to not think that you are doing something wrong as a creator, that you aren't providing enough for people. I have got better at not being a people pleaser but I still find myself pushing myself to please and feeling like I have to do more and more to keep up with the react space and other reactors.

It is a tad exhausting. I think maybe the wisest direction would be to start with a smaller series and build up to a bigger undertaking. I know some of you may be disappointed as you really enjoyed the first episode of One Piece and we may come back to it but I think I'm just a bit daunted overall about how large of a series it is, and the amount of time I need to dedicate to filming in order to make a dent in the backlog.

With that being said I am going to allow you to make recommendations for a more manageable series in the comments below. I will pick what interest me most and then I will do a poll. The difference this time is that to make up for any disappointment in relation to One Piece, I will watch the highest voted.

Part of my reasoning is that I also don't want to invest more time into One Piece out of fear that if I drop it like 50 episodes in then I've wasted your time even further, and I truly value your time and your enjoyment so I don't want anyone to feel like they've been led astray.

I truly do apologise. I convince myself that I can make it work and then find out that it's a lot more than I ever anticipated it to be and that I should maybe try to balance 3 shorter series first and foremost before launching into a huge adventure that will take me years to catch up.

But yes - please do drop recommendations. I am not adverse to starting Vinland Saga or Demon Slayer etc earlier than initially intended if that's what people desire most to see.

I think you would enjoy "Erased". It's not as popular as some of the titles mentioned below but given how perceptive and attentive you are, I think you'd enjoy this one a lot.

I understand that but my S1 would be a rewatch as I watched it when it first came out (I remember next to nothing) which tends to not perform as well. Not to mention people will naturally presume S2 is also a rewatch, despite being a first time watch, which would cause it to tank. Ultimately I'm not too concerned about views. It's more the pressure of trying to keep up with other reactors, and seeing poor quality content gain success after success on Patreon and YT whilst I'm struggling to keep momentum feels a bit like a kick in the teeth at times 🥲❤️

Arcane is very popular on youtube with a cult following and is only two 9 episode seasons. It also has a ton of bite sized tertiary content from the Runeterra universe you can post as reactions after the series that seem to get pretty good engagement (things like cinematics and music videos).
