Frieren and this show aired at the same time. I was shocked that 2 shows this good came out at the same time. They ended up being my favorite 2 animes ever made, and I watch a lot of anime

With Apothecary Diaries, however, I'm completely stepping into unknown territory, so it's going to be a discovery experience. Given the positive feedback, the show seems definitely worth watching.
