So as I said in my poll - I used it more to gauge interest rather than a determination of what's going to come next on the channel.

As much as I want to watch everything, this is also my job too. I have to balance what people are eager to see with what is popular. If the channel doesn't grow then it's harder to be noticed and the algorithm can be very punishing on YouTube. If I have 2 series running side by side that aren't super popular in terms of react content then that will tank my future videos reach and engagement.

With that being said I think it's wise to pair a lower performing series with a higher performing series to balance it out.

FMAB does not perform that strongly on YouTube. So after AOT I will be watching Apothecary Diaries. It's an anime that's been on my watch list for a while and with S2 just releasing there's a lot of hype around it.

What does this mean for after FMAB and Apothecary Diaries?

Vinland Saga and Demon Slayer.

Again, Vinland does not perform strongly but Demon Slayer does. It's about finding balance so that I can watch what people really want to see whilst also ensuring that my channel grows and isn't punished either. It's a difficult job to balance but I will ensure that I only ever watch what takes my interest and never watch something solely because it's 'popular'.

I know people may be disappointed that they have to wait a bit longer for Vinland Saga but I know that running Vinland and FMAB simultaneously would impact my channel severely as neither of them are super popular. Unfortunately there is a recency bias with react content especially anime but I'm trying to make sure that I give everyone the best of both worlds as much as I can.

I wanted to give you all insight into my decision making because I value your support. Vinland Saga will come to the channel but I want to balance it with another anime that I want to watch which is more recent and hyped than FMAB.
