Uncut AOT 4 x 13

Just realised that this is the SAME wine from 4 x 10 that Niccolo handed over to be given to the officers including Neil!!

The metaphor of 'the children of the forest' is so apt that it could be applied to the Jaegerists. They are so deeply lost in it that they can't see any other way out but to fight to the very end. Tragic!

Mr. Braus is one of my favourite characters. Nicest dude in the whole show.

Solo Leveling is a good one too, so it's a good option for your future reference and it's not toooooo long. Ended perfectly. I haven't seen the anime, but I heard many praises from those who have watched it. I finished reading the manhwa, it's a really good fantasy story! 👌🙂

I know that but I still had a theory which you've now just dispelled rather than allow the show to clarify that for me? Yes - I know it can be done from touching but it still didn't mean that there couldn't be other ways that it can be enacted as we already know that things aren't always as they appear to be or as simple as they're made out. It also doesn't mean there's not a loophole with Eren consuming Zeke based on them SHARING blood and that allowing a bypass as we know that blood serves a purpose in becoming one with the individual. There's nothing to dispel that this wouldn't be a work around and that was the theory I was running with that it would be much more than just simply touching because that's far too easy. The mere fact that they share a bloodline is a powerful thing too. Hence the theory which was just simply a theory not a misunderstanding. I wish you would have just allowed the show to dispel my theory rather than jumping the gun and presuming that I wasn't aware that touching was an aspect because we already know that from Eren's interaction with Dina 😩

I don't know if anybody said this already but I'd like to clarify a little. About Eren and Zeke and how they can cause rumbling. I heard you mentioned a couple of times that Eren can eat Zeke or Zeke can eat Eren in order for that plan to succeed. But it won't work because of established restrictions. Eldians with royal blood can't have full access to Founding Titan power because of the King Fritz's vow of denouncing war. They can't cause rumbling because of that. Regular Eldians can't wield Founding titan power at all even if they ate one. Like it was with Grisha and Eren. Eren could only wield it once by accident, when he touched Dina in a Smiling Titan form. That's because it was a titan from someone with a royal blood. That's basically condition for a loophole where someone with Founding titan inside but without royal blood can wield Founding Titan power. And theoretically it would allow full Founding Titan power bypassing King Fritz's restriction. That's what Eren and Zeke are banking on. And the whole Paradis too frankly by calling it 'test rumbling'. Basically Eren eating Zeke would just result in him having one more titan power but without access to wielding Founding titan power. And Zeke eating Eren would just be the same as Uri and Frieda, he'd still be under King Fritz's vow. Although it's all theoretical of course but I feel like at this point of the story we should assume that. So Eren just needs to touch Zeke when he's in his titan form. Touching him in human form probably wouldn't work but we also don't know that for sure, at least at this point. But we also probably should assume that since Eren was adamant to be quiet about this revelation because he feared government would turn Historia into a titan. Maybe it doesn't matter in what form royal blood person is as long they have titan power inside but so far we only witnessed successful use of a loophole once - when Eren in human form touched titan of someone with royal blood. Sorry for overexplaining. I just heard a few things from you that contradict that but if you knew and understood all of that already then I apologize for misunderstanding. Tbh this whole thing seemed to me really arbitrary the way it was explained in the story. I felt like characters just jumped to conclusion that just happened to be right. And treated like it's the only right one while I myself had a few questions about other possibilities. But whatever, those technical plot details are not what I love AoT for anyway.

not sure if erwin could have actively done much but it seems like floch is one of erens most significant followers and he used to be way more... ambiguously obsessed with erwin back when he was dying so if thats a hint at the rest that means that at least erwins presence would have made it harder to get as many eren followers together just because there was a similarly popular alternative

HAL

people looking up to eren like eren used to look up to the scouts is kindof its own cycle, seemingly positive but reinforcing the cycle of violence

HAL

40:00 though when sasha became a soldier they all still thought the world was a lot morally simpler

HAL

we literally got the strongest hint at nicolos/sashas relationship at sashas grave

HAL

that tiny bit of comedy in all that tragedy when mikasa just grabs kayas arm with one hand and stops her mid stab

HAL

definitely gonna stick around - if you wanna go this in depth with demon slayer you'll probably have to analyze the animation style beyond the story though also, sashas parents are probably the closest to purely good people in this morally screwed world

I need some anime movie titles to fill in the void until you nail down a series to watch next I would very much recommend "Jin Roh: The Wolf Brigade" It's a 90's anime movie spun off a manga that is based on an alternate historical timeline where Japan sided with the Allies during WW2 but Germany still won the war and occupied Japan instead of the US. Germany eventually deradicalizes and becomes a Weimer style republic but Japan remains influenced by Germany's post WW2 occupation. It's a slow burn of a story that demands your attention but it's well worth it. The story itself asks a simple question and it is, "Can a wolf become human?". It was written by Mamoru Oshi who is the guy that directed and wrote "Ghost in the Shell" which is a anime sci-fi classic. The current viewing options are Blu-ray only but it is very much worth viewing. I would highly recommend the sub version over the dub. Other anime movies I would recommend are: "Look Back" - This one explores friendship, passion and motivation. It's a very touching anime and yes have a box of tissues on standby. The animation style kind of looks like rotoscope but it's not. "Perfect Blue" - This is a psychological thriller anime. It's very good as it explores the dark, and exploitative, side of chasing fame and a dream in the entertainment industry along with mental illness. However be warned there is violence, which includes sexual violence, and nudity. "Patlabor 2: The Movie" - This is another one of Mamoru Oshi works. It is connected to a anime series but you don't have to watch the anime series to enjoy the movie. Like "Jin Roh" it asks a question. In this case it questions the nature of "peace". This one is a political thriller that is very engaging IMHO . However like "Jin Roh: The Wolf Brigade" this would require picking up the Blu-ray version but unlike "Jin Roh" I would say the dub version is actually worth watching. "Ghost In the Shell 2.0" - The remastered version of the original anime written and directed by, again, Mamoru Oshi that explores what it means to be human in a world where you can literally download a person's entire mind into the digital brain. Warning this includes violence and nudity. P.S. Honorable mention goes to an anime movie called, "Memories" which is actually 3 three short stories. It's another one that is worth watching IMHO.
