Uncut AOT 4 x 12

It's a language thing too. Eren asks Hange using "kudasai" which is not as formal but still a request, to please give or provide him with something. In this case, Eren wants to know what Hange can do, if she has something up her sleeve, to please give him something along those lines, to tell him, and it comes across as angry defying, with a bit of exasperation at the situation as well as pleading or desperation. Because it's as Hange said, it looks like Eren has now given up on Historia to go along with Zeke's plan, and attacking Marley now means they need a lot of descendants of royal blood to pass on the Founding and Beast Titans, children eating their parents ad nauseam.

i think a lot of people missinterpret the confrontation between hange and eren a couple of episodes back - so i´m kinda intrested about your thoughts about it

Ricardo

The abs. The hair. It's distracting 😭

Sophie calling eren hot caught me off guard 😂😭, don’t blame u tho

It's the turning of a chant of hope amidst despair into a chant of domination that so resonates with real life examples of oppressed people gaining power only to oppress others.

‘I’ve got a headache so sorry if I can’t say everything I need to’ *rambles for another 10 minutes* 🤣 you can’t help yourself, not complaining though

Everything is being corrupted now, all the hope for their freedom is now becoming a nationalistic perversion. But it's all to do with notions of trust, control, and Eren is undermining the government in ways we did not perceive at first with his incursion into Marley and his attack. Not sure if anyone mentioned it already, but in the manga, they tell you exactly how Eren escaped. In fact, it was just a one panel thing, and I was a bit bewildered as to why they chose not to include that in this anime episode. All it required was a quick cutaway, with dialogue over it, while they had their emergency meeting. It's chapter 110, but wait a couple episodes in case you would like to check it out, it's got a shuffled scene which they include in an episode or two from now.

Hey Armin/Hange how useful is that brain in this situation with everything going on 😂? Wish my boy Erwin was here with his charisma and leadership. Miss my boy he would've done amazing in this environment. Great Reactions as always!

Now that we have a name, I humbly stake my claim as prime Eren/Yeagerist defender! At the same time though, deepest condolences for the premier. Lol JK but in all honesty, while I do not agree with assassinating Zachary, I do understand the frustrations of the populace and some soldiers. I am soooo curious to watch your opinions for things yet to come bc you have such a balanced way of viewing things. I think the greatest superpower in life is being able to put yourself in other people’s shoes. And the ability to sympathize, even with someone who you vehemently disagree with, is CRUCIAL to understanding the overall premise of this show. It’s getting good quick, Thanks for the react!!

By the way, you have already experienced a little bit of how divided the community is regarding season 4, so I guess you won't be surprised to know that a significant portion of the fandom (and quite a number of reactors) calls themselves Jaegerists, name Floch as their "king" and are ready to justify his actions in the name of "retribution".

This is one of the most chilling episodes in the show, and not in a good way. It is terrifying to see how fast fascism is rising within Paradise island, how easy it is to get people caught out into the narrative of ultra-nationalism and imperialism, and how willing are large portions of the general population to follow anyone who promises them to "restore" a country to its former glory. The parallels with the modern world are obvious to see. I find particularly frightening to see how easy it was to perverse the meaning of the symbols we have learnt to love during the show. The people outside of the gates yelling "Shinzou wo Sasageyo" like if it was a fascist chant, appropriating what used to be a symbol of hope and freedom for their imperialistic views was as disgusting as it was scary. King Fritz was obviously wrong in his approach and in his decision of just letting the people of Paradise be eradicated without even knowing what was coming for them. But the older I get the most I understand his lack of faith in humanity doing what is right, and his lack of faith in Eldians being able to have control of the Founding Titan and not use it to oppress other people. The world of AOT is so full of despair in that sense, that it really makes wish that the real world didn't mirror it so closely.

You know the situation is dire when the bombing of the Premier's office is one of the more minor problems you have

Dagmar Makara

Always a great day when you upload :D
