Of course Misa could have sent those tapes from Osaka using the Death Note. So maybe not coincidentally two Death Notes in the same region, but at least in the same country. Those crime documentaries certainly have trained your nose. You dismissed so quickly that Light wasn't behind any of it and deduced that it wasn't Light's style.
