Physics Mod Pro V96 - 1.19.3 and adjustable smoke amount
Added 2022-12-06 13:50:18 +0000 UTCThis update brings the long awaited adjustable smoke amounts. You can now tune how much smoke a blaze, fire, campfire or other sources emit!
IRIS Compatibility: Iris 1.4.3 currently has shading issues (especially with snow) with the physics mod. Stick to 1.4.2 to avoid those.
TESTED SHADERS: Complementary 4.5, Complementary Reimagined 1.3.2, BSL 8.1.01, SEUS Renewed 1.0.1, Sildurs Vibrant Shaders 1.31 Medium.
IMPORTANT Smoke Physics Information: Minecraft particles have to be enabled for it to work! The further away you are from smoke sources the less particles spawn. Temporal Anti-Aliasing (or TAA) can cause issues with the smoke so disabling it will eliminate some visual artifacts. Not all shaders are supported (best results that I've got are with BSL shaders).
IMPORTANT Snow Physics Information: Optifine is not supported (use Iris + Sodium on Fabric/Oculus + Rubidium on Forge). High render distances on slow CPUs might result in delayed snow tracks.
IMPORTANT Liquid Physics Information: https://pastebin.com/E9dMD9MZ
Changes:
- Added proper snow shading support for NostalgiaVX shaders
- Added reset button for smoke settings
- Added smoke amount settings for fire, campfire, blazes and other smoke emitters
- Fixed blazes emitting crazy amounts of smoke by default
- Fixed highlight button being on wrong coordinate with certain mods installed
Comments
is it just me or does the smoke glitch out with any shaders?
