2021-09-11 06:57:48 +0000 UTCGreat episode! I just want to say I totally agree with Cody's comments regarding questioning Sanji's morality, the cartoonish designs and the limits of the magic system. I had the same issues when I first read it. Early one piece (certainly East blue and some of alabasta) does struggle a bit under an analytical lens, but I think once you get into the 200s ish and upto now (1000ish), one piece is absolutely unrivalled in how rewarding it is to analyse every last detail even casually.

2021-09-09 22:50:41 +0000 UTCMaybe some of the problems with character actions that you guys have is that you expect the main characters to be heroes but they're not good people they're people that just happen to have done good things they're pirates at the end of the day. I definitely get the unrealistic injury thing too I think almost everyone hates it at first
