Last Minute VR Ideas

This month I may finally be shooting with the lovely Jennifer Rose, and I wanted to enlist your help with potential VR story-line ideas! As always, I can't guarantee that anything will make the cut, but I can guarantee that the idea will be suggested. I suppose the only main qualification I am looking for with these scenarios is designing something where it makes sense that the camera (you) wouldn't move or wouldn't be able to/want to run away. I think this will help for realism. Beyond that, feel free to suggest whatever (however, something to note from what I've learned about shooting with Jennifer for what will now be a 4th time is that she usually doesn't go for the ones that have overtly sexual/fetishized themes).
For folks wondering why I am shooting more stuff before I've finished editing the reserve of clips I already have: 1) I don't love sitting on the money that gets raised through this Patreon, because I want you to know that I am pushing myself to create/release content with the money y'all have supported this with; 2) Scheduling/availability. I've been trying to organize a shoot with Jennifer since February, but she's had a lot of neat projects to work on that we haven't been able to coordinate...so I am sorta pouncing on the rare opportunity that we have where our schedules align and she is free!
As always, I'm incredibly grateful for your support. Without it, I probably would have caved with all of the piracy making it difficult to break even sometimes.

That would be interesting! Sci-fi themes are fun. I wonder if there is a way to way to layer the inside of something to use as the base for the VR video (in this case, a window to make it look like you’re inside of something).

2019-10-11 12:35:47 +0000 UTCI've always wanted to see a scenario where the camera acts like a tiny spaceship or in this case one that has crashed and is unable to move, but the idea is that it isn't one small person they're reacting to but a bunch of people in a tiny spaceship, I feel that could be a nice alternative than the overused scenario of one small person that doesn't seem to move. Either way just my thoughts on that one, keep up the hard work chief.

2019-10-11 01:58:15 +0000 UTCI like that glue trap idea — similarly, and this is kinda gross, but maybe the tiny is stuck in a wad of gum that was improperly discarded? Or, this might be a scenario where the camera is trapped under an overturned glass. Eventually she’ll remove it but maybe the viewer is too scared to run by then!

I would love to collaborate if we were able to, even if it's a thing where people raise money for a project that can be released publicly (so we don't have to worry about how to split the revenue and who gets to sell it, you know?). Anyway, a good idea for a future collaboration could be with Mantman, I follow his work for a long time and he make very high quality videos. His problem is that in many occasions he does not find models with to be able to record, a joint work could solve the problems of both parts. Either way, I appreciate the effort you are making !

Yeah, I wish I had the capabilities for SFX, but I don't have the access or the time for a green screen at the moment (not to mention, sometimes it won't be worth it if it gets pirated within the first week). Hopefully in the way future, if this manages to grow, I will be able to. Or, ideally, I think it would be cool to collaborate with another producer. Otherwise, I'll try to nail the prop people for the time being. In some ways, I'd rather do that well than not great SFX, you know? Because sometimes I know I find it distracting when I'm focusing on sfx that doesn't quite look right, or isn't interacting correctly. Here's hoping though!

2019-10-10 18:24:34 +0000 UTCI've really wanted to see a scene where a tiny is trapped in a cup/jar and she just plays with you. Puts her feet on the side, taps the top with her toes, etc. Could be that you were running through and got caught on a glue trap, and now you're completely at her mercy as she secures your spot and eventually prepares to crush you with just her big toe.

2019-10-10 14:10:14 +0000 UTCWell, this is something very specific but a good way to be aware of size and make yourself feel small is to make a comparison between the small toe (smallest part of the human body) and the small person. It is a good way to give perspective. And although it has nothing to do with the VR video, start making SFX videos will be a good idea, especially because it allows you to play with many more possibilities for a video, for example, the ability to modify the size of the shrunken people.
