IMPORTANT FOR APPLE USERS
"If you are watching on a iPhone. Open through safari and enter the code. It’ll say can’t be support through safari due to file size, press the prompt to “open in app.” That’s how you get around the “Bad File Link” error." someone wrote a fix for the issue you might encour as I don't use apple products I couldn't check that.

"Per the iOS issue: I’ve just been clicking the “aA” button at the bottom left side of the Safari browser and selecting “Request Desktop Website,” after which it works fine."
