60fps or not?

if you want rewards will be change from 1920*1080 gif to 1600*900 gif
because most of computer can't play 1080p60fps gif
But you still get 1080p60fps video
or don't change frame rate?
all work it will be 33 frames per second

(i7-3612QM and i5-3317U can't run 1080p60fps gif, it's play half way and then corrupt)

hmm.. as long as the videos will play, i don't mind the framerates :)
