So, we took a little trip out to the beach on my gainer vacay. Was really beautiful out there. Had lots of snacks and also took a couple of vids of me struggling with all this extra weight. Really surprised how heavy it all feels and how much it has affected how I walk. My belly is pulling on my lower back a lot more and my legs are working overtime. ๐ฎโ๐จ
