Hello friends! I'm always trying to improve things, and one of the aspects I have been thinking about is the overall content delivery and satisfaction of the subscribers.

In Nov/Dec I opened up the VIP tier to more sign ups and was pleasantly surprised to see how quickly it filled up. However, it resulted in an unexpected situation where my release schedule is now heavily populated by custom requests and has less general releases or releases based on the request sheet you've been adding ideas to. This would be why most of the releases for January may seem less recognizable than you're accustomed to.

To remedy this and focus on the satisfaction of the community as a whole, I'm going to be fulfilling these January cycle orders and then will be putting a hold on custom orders and moving back to a heavily weighted standard release schedule based on more recognizable subjects and utilization of the request sheet. Thanks for your loyalty while I make efforts to improve things for the upcoming month!

I will also be making an adjustment to how we handle requests. Because the list is becoming quite populated, it may feel like your request will never see the light of day. What we're going to do moving forward is on a monthly basis there will be a poll released and you can choose your top 5 requests that are currently on the list, and after the responses come in I will take the highest voted requests and add them into the release schedule. I will also be randomly selecting a few from the list each month as well! After the monthly poll is done, the request list will then be wiped clean, and you're all welcome to start adding your requests again for the following month poll. This will keep things fresh and will also mitigate the potential issue of a single user requesting more than a few requests on the sheet.

I will be creating a Google Form poll you can access and add your responses to soon, and will begin factoring in these top picks into the releases. Thanks again for your cooperation and support as things grow and evolve :)
