Added 2023-11-10 16:35:34 +0000 UTCFirst Duo set folks! With new workflows comes new challenges, especially when there are 12 limbs in an image trying to not become some sort of Cronenberg monster. It should get easier as we move forward, but the processing time is more than double on these so it takes a bit more work. Full disclosure not all of these are perfect, but I still gave some of the pictures a pass if there was only a little bit of weirdness. For every 1 picture that was saved, at least 3 were duds so please be kind with the critical eye!
The way that dual/split prompting works is called Latent Couple, and it allows me to provide different prompts for different regions of the image. So the images with two subjects that take up the left and right side of the image is pretty straightforward, but you will notice that when there is an image with both subjects residing on one side of the image, the prompt 'bleeds' into the one subject, so there are a few images with two Elsa outfits/hair for example. Again, not perfect, but if I want to develop a system that is scalable to large batches without individually inpainting every image there will be some discrepancies such as this. Keep in mind that every image you see has been reviewed and cropped to remove any stray artifact anatomy, so I apologize if some details slip through - with over 18,000 images in the archive, you can imagine this can cause a bit of fatigue when flipping through the sets before posting. That would be great, however the major downside of the second-pass face model inpainting is that is doesn't handle occlusion very well. So partially obscured faces i.e oral contact has broken results. But I can take a shot at using LORAs only for the face contact images, because partial obscurity means the likeness doesnt need to be as accurate. I had tried that for the Natalie D Lola set and the Gillian J Cheerleader set if you want to see what I mean (the oral contact images) so great suggestion, I'll add it to the "weekend skill development" when I have an extra few hours to try new things π

I think what might make the duo set better is almost leaning into a new βeβ category which would in entail just girl- girl action. Like, where in βcβ category, instead of a dudeβs d, you would have one of the girls goingβ¦ you knowβ¦ on the other girl. I have no idea what that means for the prompts or your workflow, but I think that would be an amazing next steps in the duo sets. Keep up the great work!

I know a lot of effort has gone into getting this working and its appretciated. Whats interesting with this duo is, while there are more stray artifacts here and there, theres also photos that really are fire. you can see the struggle to get generations of what you are looking for but then you get the ones where the stars align and the composition really pops and they are great.
