patron commissions

as of tomorrow, the patron queue will be open again as i mentioned in this update:

that means it's going to open to people who joined this patreon between July 31st and August 4th but i have to make a few changes to get this running smoothly:
-if you were a patron during that period but aren't one now, you're still eligible
-i have no idea how many of you there are, but i'd be looking for 10. if there's more than 10, you might not get accommodated. if there's less than 10, i'll open up the extra spaces to other patrons
-the 15% discount is only available for ocs when you theme it to the burger shop instead of any other pic of them
-if you're already in the regular queue but became a patron during that time and didn't mention it to me already, you'll be put at the top of the queue before any new people

2019-09-24 05:05:27 +0000 UTCi didn't anticipate the amount of people who signed up for commissions, so i had to cut off the queue early. it means some people would have signed up for the patreon just to get a commission spot, so i said i'd reopen them to honour those who missed out then. essentially the people who joined the patreon before the queue was closed off originally anyone else after the first couple days would have had to have seen they were closed/on hold whatever before they joined the patreon
