After coming home from a run, a middle-aged wife trying to get back into shape encounters a mysterious drink in the fridge. She gulps it down, and finds that's she's extremely energetic - so much so that she decides to try lifting weights for the first time in her life. To her surprise, lifting weights seems to be far easier than she imagined - in fact, her muscles seem to be growing instantly!
